"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. "There were a of communication (or lack of on the part of the company) and scheduling issues. When the workers arrived they finished the project, but told me they didn’t have a truck to haul away the rubble. I was too tired to argue, so it was left for me to shovel and rake. Later, I noticed that the workers cut expansion joints but did not cut up to the house because they didn’t have the correct tool, so they just left it. I had to call for them to come back and finish it. They also chipped part of the concrete. When I pointed it out, I was told to just fill it with sealant, and it would be alright. The concrete slab is good, but I wouldn’t really recommend them. Too much hassle."
