We use a truckmount with the Hydramaster RX-20 to restore your carpets to like new condition. It removes all matting, animal hair, etc. and cleans right down to the backing. "I asked to have my carpet steam cleaned. Robert of Starshine Cleaning Co, Loveland, CO. used hot water from the tap only. But worse, he sprayed the more used common areas with some kind of fluid which left them discolored with stiff fibers. Very noticeable. He did not ask me before he started and, unfortunately, I did not question him as to whether or not that fluid was environmentally acceptable and how it would affect the carpet. I trusted him. I do not want to have any further dealings with him. Our in-house maintenance advisor offered kindly to try and restore at least the entrance area to a more acceptable appearance. I am a very unhappy customer."

New heater was installed worth over $13,000, which I have to take loan for. After technician left, new heater stopped working also. I called an electrician to check the electric outlet that supply electricity to the heater. It did not work properly. He replaced it and the new heater started to work.
