I had to shut off all the water to the house until it was fixed, so I really appreciate his promptness. Also, after he left the water wasn't coming out of our faucet normally. I guess the faucet got something stuck in it from shutting the water off and then on. I contacted Tyler, and he came back within a half hour and took care of it for us. What great service. He was very responsive (same day), very thorough in diagnosing the issue we had with our non-working AC system, and extremely knowledgable about what we needed to do to get AC back in the house. We ended up needing a new AC unit and Aaron went over a number of options with us, was very transparent and only wanted to do what was best for our needs.
