"I had one company come in to repair my wall from damage, they were so sloppy. I found Sunrise Home Repair by chance, and havent looked back. Grady came in, tore out the messed up part and had it repair correctly in a day. The next day once the mud had dried completely, he was back to sand, prime and paint. It looks amazing, and I cant tell there was ever an issue. I will use Sunrise for all my home repair needs from now on. Cheaper doesnt mean better. Hes worth every penny!"

"Not dependable on commitment. Would say they were coming and would not make it. They apparently have jobs lined up to install windows in new builds and we are doing our deck as a side job as they could. This was not conveyed to us from the beginning and we did not find out until 3/4ths through the build. Needed $3000 several times during the build for materials, and left lumber and concrete sitting in my yard for weeks before using them. Then added money to the quoted price at the end for extra concrete and labor. The final bill is not itemized. The extra labor was because he was trying to hurry and get finished by the day we left on vacation. We did not give a deadline... even though he said done in 4 days... it took 2 months. Extra labor is not our fault but we paid. It was a horrible experience. The structure is very nice and well-constructed but could have been done without all the ridiculousness. I felt we were taken advantage of because we were extremely nice and accommodating. Good luck."
