"Your Chimney Sweep confirmed quickly and showed up on time. The work was explained and completed quickly. Josh was very professional and explained what was needed and what should be watched for the next few years. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Joe and Alex gave us the perfect solutions for 2 problem areas. Now our stove exhaust wall cap finishes off our newly installed range hood. The brick wall had to be slightly altered to get things lined up due to our previous original hood size no longer being made. The wall and seal is better than when we first bought our home with the original exhaust. Our front steps/stoop needed refinishing as the previous mortar-like coating was crumbling. Joe and Alex gave it a "brand new house" look in a tough area to work with. Our curb appeal is restored beautifully. Will be calling them for any/all masonry needed in the future. Thanks guys!!"

"Cost for inspection of the chimney was $140, and an additional $130, for the cap. I thought the company went above and beyond twice. The first time, is when they came to clean our chimney, along with the inspection and installation of a cap. After looking into the chimney, they did not see much of a need to clean, other then just removing a few leaves. So, they did not charge us for cleaning. I thought being honest to admit that, and caring to bring it up, showed going above and beyond. The second time, I think the company went above and beyond was when they wanted and offered to come back out and re-assess the cap they put on our chimney. We felt something was off 2 days after the cap was installed, so they came out and took the cap off to figure it out. Turns out, it had nothing to do with the cap, but we were grateful and appreciative. The company and employees cared enough to go above and beyond, when we had a concern! This is a company, I would recommend!"

"Excellent professional work. Did a lot of mortar work, replaced 2 chimney caps, flashing an even repaired a small hole in my roof they discovered. Before I contacted them I estimated the cost to be prepared and the total bill was just slightly less than my estimate. They performed the work the same day as the estimate."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
