"Sovereign Painting patched, filled, plastered and painted two rooms plus hallways, entranceways, and foyer in my home. The rooms were very difficult and had not ben painted in 30 years. They included a high cathedral ceiling and walls that needed plastering and baseboard heating. They exceeded my expectations in every way and especially the quality of their work and their attention for small detail. They plastered holes, covered cracks with tape and used the latest technology for water stains. They followed best practices and did not cut corners. They delivered two needed coats while others only quoted one. They fixed, patched and painted railing that I did not think could be saved. They were extremely professional. I was so impressed that I asked then to return and paint the rest of the house. These are the real pro's and were very competitively priced. I would recommend them without reservation and hire them again in a second. If quality at a competitive price is important, this is who you want to use."

Our project was finished BEAUTIFULLY, Steve was fair and transparent, and worked with us as we had to make some changes to the project along the way. Our deck is perfect and we are so grateful for having found Howland Home Services."

"John is a great guy. He was on time and gave us a solution to our retaining wall problem that was far less expensive than any other contractor offered. Our two-tone wall (due to failed repairs) is now all one color and looks great without a major refacing. Thank you John!!"
