"I hired ARS to fix our air conditioning unit. They made it out within a few hours today (a Sunday), quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then helped with some routine maintenance that was overdue as well and above and beyond what I had asked for. Chris T, the service specialist who came, was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with all of our questions. It was a great experience, and I'm planning to add a service contract with ARS next spring. Highly recommended."
