"Greg the inspector came out, nice guy very knowledgeable, I spent 14800 in waterproofing and mold removal, new sump pump and a air purifier. Greg and I went over everything the crew was going to do. Well where the water issue I was most concerned about , they side step and only put the drain tile down the middle and not at both sides. Stay Dry ended up sending 1 person to put tile in on both sides and fixed that issue, now I am having water issue where I was not having issues before and come to find out where my water line comes in they just put gravel under and did not put the concrete back in that area. So now I have a new leak and I can't seem to get this company to come back out for a 3rd time to fix this issue. Also I have water coming up from the newly concrete floor, I was told that the concrete has to cure for awhile which I understand that, but I don't think it should be seeping up along the cracks where the new and old concrete meets. Waiting on this company to correct."

I am so pleased with how the basement looks, and the quality and thoroughness of the work product makes me think it should outlive me! The crew arrived exactly on time. The foreman explained everything they would be doing, step by step, and answered all of my questions as we walked through my basement, and around my house. He was knowledgeable, patient, and with an easy manner that made him very approachable - I could ask anything (and I had a lot of questions) and he took the time to talk to me. They were primarily a waterproofing company, but said they had the solutions to my issues. 3 months after they were complete, my walls cracked and shifted again. (Note, in the attached photos, the patchwork quilt on the walls was the OTHER company.) OBA fixed my issues the correct way. And they were great at every step. The work crew Caleb, Delontae, and Dylan were fast, efficient, and cleaned up when they were done. Caleb made sure to explain what was happening as they did the work and ask if I had questions. "Kirk was great!! He listened to what my wife and I were saying and responded very well. We wanted old overgrown shrubs to be removed and replaced with shrubs that would not require much upkeep and trimming. He told us about evergreens that have various hues and sizes. He planted seven shrubs, there are three different hues and one shrub that will grow taller. Then put stone down as dressing for the bed. We could not be happier. A neighbor hired him to work on her landscape after she saw his work. Kirk and Rob were great!!!"
