"Extremely high winds caused an exterior siding panel to come loose on the upper side of the home, creating a large opening into the attic and exposing it to rainy weather. This was an urgent issue, but Jays Total Construction came to the rescue by responding promptly the same day they were contacted. Rocky assessed the damage, and his team arrived the next morning to begin repairs. The entire crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They put significant effort into matching the original siding, achieving an exact replacement, complete with new insulation and paint job. The repair was completed within 24 hours. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
