He was transparent about the entire process and evne gave me the link to the website he orders shutters from so that I can select the exact shutter i wanted and i'd receive them at cost. I have a little 4 month old and between the cutting and installations, Kenny and his assistant were able to work around my childs nap schedule and get the job done pretty quickly.
