"I had a major water flood disaster in my kitchen [punctured ice-maker-hose] that destroyed my hardwood floor and leaked through to the ceiling below damaging the ceiling, walls, backsplash, and countertops to my second kitchen below. The insurance company sent a recovery crew to dry out the floor, ceiling and walls; mold had set-in due to the hot & humid July 2022 temperatures. My insurance company recommended I continue with the recovery company to have my property restored but they were booked 6 weeks-out! I have a frail elderly mother that lives with me, I needed my kitchen back ASAP. John Ryan Construction came highly recommended by a friend. John has a complete crew of highly skilled professionals: carpentry, electrical, flooring, granite-counter-install, plasterers, tile-work... I was blown away by his crew! They worked efficiently and conscientiously to complete the job, showing up on time and cleaning up at the end of each day. My kitchens are restored to better than what they were before the flood!
