Then hot water stopped working 2.5 days later, another tech came and purged the line, Service worked for less than a day, and the original tech identified that I also needed a new expansion tank. Tech's were nice and very friendly. I ended up getting a different local plumber to do the work (just for pricing and timing reasons). Kieth (owner of Mr. Rooter) was nice enough to reach out to me again to understand the difficulties I faced in the crunch to get the system up and going, and he used it as a learning experience for his team. He was friendly, understanding and made right on it billing/cost disparity. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, these guys care about their brand and I am encouraged to use them again. Their around the clock availability and friendly techs are great when your caught in a last minute emergency!!"
