"Jonathan, Juan and Ricardo worked on replacing two large air conditioning units and two heating units. Dale and his son worked on replacing our water heater. All the work was done in less than a day. They were all knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. They did a great job installing the equipment, having a great deal of equipment and packaging removed and going the extra mile by sweeping up all areas in which they worked. I highly recommend this company."

Comment: We have a 2 story house. Originally Chas Roberts installed 2 three ton A/C units on the house. Upstairs unit + downstairs unit. The downstairs unit failed. Parker and Sons ordered a 3.5 ton replacement unit. A 4 ton unit was delivered and installed. The pressures could not be corrected so more ducting had to be added to the upstairs rooms. There was no way to add ducting for the downstairs. So now the whole house is maintained by this one unit except for 2 rooms. We would like to add these 2 rooms to the operating unit.
