Electrical
"Sergio came out to my apartment complex to estimate parking lot light install. He called not long after Service Magic matched my project, and told us he could be out in a couple hours. We found out our replacement part wasn't long enough - he was the 1st pro to get back with us to how much the pole was, that he could start the next day (on Saturday) and with a fair price. They came out Saturday, installed the pole/light fixture. I asked if he could repair all the parking lot lights to get them working, and he did for a $65 service call. Heritage Glen Apts. would use them again! Very Good to work with!"

"They help me pick out the right panel for upgrading my system for future projects and installed some can and toe lights and did not try and sell me a bunch of things that I did not need. They were on time with all appointments and had everything finished and cleaned up ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend."

Electrician
"bought a new ceiling fan for our dining room and was referred to Aiden from a friend of mine for the installation, he was easy to communicate with and he did a great job with our fan, during his visit I notified him of our low lighting issue in the hallway and he came up with a very practical solution of adding in 2 can lights, I had to schedule him a few days in advance because I had to get some 'stones removed but once I was home from the doctors he came like agreed upon and delivered! This is one business card Iâ m not going to throw away, will use him again in the future when we remodel our master bedroom!"

Electricians do a fair amount of larger remodeling and new construction projects but also common residential projects including:
For cost information related to the above tasks, visit our Electrical Cost Guide.
A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
