Additionally, an invoice was only issued upon request and it revealed discrepancies; it included charges for work that was not completed, and some items were billed twice. Furthermore, a subsequent estimate to complete the remaining 20% of the work was quoted at $950, which was unexpectedly $100 higher than the total already paid. This increase was largely due to $450 in travel charges that were not anticipated, as the contractors had sufficient time to complete the job during the initial visit but failed to do so for unclear reasons. "Billy responded to my request for a quote the same day I entered my information in Angi. He came the next day, gave me a reasonable quote and told me what all work his crew would do. I immediately hired him. Although he gave me a date they could do the work, he later called and said they could do it much sooner, if that was OK with us. I cannot say enough good about Billy and his entire crew. They are professional, efficient, friendly, clean up after themselves and are very courteous. They even covered my son's classic truck, which was near the path to get the cement from the truck to our back yard, so nothing would damage it. Any concrete work I will ever need, will be done by Ability Concrete; and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a perfect job at a very reasonable price. They are winners!!!"
