"I used a contractor in repair a raised house flooring and they did do a good job. These guys came in assessing the situation and recommend to remove the vinyl flooring and add a layer of plywood to the floor to make it more stable , they did the entire house with removing the shoe molding n flooring fixing the entire house and put the vinyl back down. The floor is so much stronger and you canâ t even tell anything was done; the floor is much sounder and you can tell itâ s strong and doesnâ t move like before more"

He provides a written estimate shortly after the site visit and then upon your agreement, he schedules the work and starts all preliminary set-up. His team arrived promptly at 8:30am and started the job. They were polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. This was a big job, as we were getting ready to rent the house back out within a few days. They did some outside repairs as well as inside, including soffits, fascia, siding, tile, sheetrock, carpentry work as well as some landscaping. We also had them replace some deck boards. He moved furniture, placed floor covering, demoed, prepped/primed trim and walls. Installed all trim: windows, base, chair rail, casings, mantel, paneling, etc. also caulked and painted.
