"This isnâ t my project but my mom desperately needed work done. She had not updated her home since Hurricane Andrew! She was very resistant to make any changes but stuff was starting to fall apart. She agreed to fix up the kitchen but I wasnâ t going to have enough time to oversee the project and sheâ s divorced. I needed someone that would make her feel comfortable and would work within her budget. I talked to a bunch of other contractors but we just couldnâ t find a good fit. Admittedly we didnâ t know EXACTLY what we needed. I found Ramon through a friend that spoke very highly of him. Ramon was a godsend! I canâ t imagine anyone else would have managed to deal with us. He was very (emphasis on the very) patient and transparent the whole process. We started off with the kitchen but eventually moved to the rest of the house. Great end product and I couldnâ t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Mom has been so so happy and she canâ t believe she didnâ t do this sooner! If youâ re thinking about doing any repairs or updates then donâ t hesitate. Heâ s easy to talk to and has your best interest in mind."

"As a retired engineer, I fully declare Superior as simply the best in ALL measurable catagories!! After first being ripped off by Florida Window & Door, we found Superior and had the whole house done in impact doors and windows nearly 8 years ago, and at a fair price. We had 1 minor leak a year or 2 later and they came over immediately.They actually removed and reinstalled the window just to be sure, and completely restored the damage beneath at no charge. We've had zero problems since, primarily because they all take great pride in their work. Then, a couple years ago we cracked a piece of glass with stone from the weed wacker I called Jamie and he guided us through the entire process of finding the right manufacturer, glass color, and glazer to have it replaced correctly. I have also called them to inquire about specifications regarding caulking. materials, fasteners, etc and they never hesitate to call me back the same day with free advice. Their expertise is so good, we decided to have them freshen our caulking/waterproofing proir to having the house painted as opposed to having the painting contractor do it cosmetically. They are here to stay and will never ghost you. Nothing is more important when it comes to protecting and preserving your home for your family. These guys are a huge blessing amongst a virtual plethora of predatory contractors. I have never recommended anyone more!!"

"Very unprofessional, Very unreliable, Lacks integrity, truthfulness and trustworthiness. Will not recommend or hire again. I have done some minor repairs of windows before with this company and was not a big deal , did not involve major installation or deposit , so never had a problem. However this time around I paid for impact windows installation that was supposed to be completed in 6- 8 weeks. Right from after the deposit was paid, communication stopped. I heard nothing more from them regarding permit filing and all the paper works for HOA even though I paid for permit. I had to call their office several times without any response. After 8 weeks there was still no response. It was not until I asked for a refund that Mike eventually hurriedly sent some people (not sure if they work for him) to come and install the windows. Half way through the installation , I noticed they had not installed the screens , asked them where the screens where, they said they forgot to bring it, called Mike , only to learn the screens where yet to be shipped and the man from the warehouse will be installing the screen when it arrives. It was unbelievable! I told them I will never allow that. Finally the installers came back the next day and installed the screens. Then I asked for the inspection papers and time. Another lies and lies of dates that never materialized. I eventually called the inspectors office , only to learn permit was not fully completed or picked up and so work cannot be inspected until their expired documents were submitted. I followed up with Mike again until the inspection was finally done . Time frame was 4 months. It was a horrible experience. Every conversation was unreliable and untruthful. Will not recommend to anyone that values Professionalism and integrity in business. This was a nightmare!"

"Contacted and contracted with East Coast Windows And Doors to replace all my windows and a door. Work was done as scheduled and completed. I have since noticed that the door was not installed properly. I have contacted them numerous times to fix the door, they will not even call you back. So if you have them do your job and pay them, DO NOT expect them to return for any repairs!!! Their customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"
