"Quite simply, this was the best contractor we have hired in 35 years of home ownership. We have had some good ones (and bad), but Pat is way above the rest and his price was the most reasonable. I read almost all the reviews and they are all fantastic (not one bad one) and for good reason: Pat and his team are the nicest, friendliest, most conscientious, thorough, laid-back, competent crew I have worked with. Four of them worked for 2 solid days scraping and repairing rotted wood that prior painters glossed over (they were too professional to say this themselves) with NO complaints. And I had to insist that we compensate them properly for all that! Pat is the most honest, knowledgeable, generous contractor I have hired. They may not look like your typical college-aged painters, but don't be fooled - they are a capable and expert team like no other. BTW, they can fix anything - I plan to have them back to seal our brick, fix and paint the deck, do interior work, and my neighbors are having them replace gutters and tuck-point. We are so happy we found them!"

"BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! We had a full crew of the nicest, most patient guys in our home from morning until night, working tirelessly to get our job done as quickly as possible.  They used quality paint and applied extra coats where needed with great patience and no upcharge.  My husband and I are picky people and this company left us very happy and very thankful for the great job they did in our home!!!!  We highly recommend Luis and his team at BM Custodio Painting and Construction and will definitely hire them again!! "These guys are great. They painted our entire home (two bedrooms,living room,kitchen,dining room). We had them do the wall, doors and ceiling. They were extremely neat while working and took pride in their work and provide a great guarantee. They came back and touched up anything we were not happy with (which was two small almost unnoticed spots). They are fairly priced, did awesome work and are customer focused. We had them come back and they painted our kitchen cabinets which they did a great job on. Wish I could give them 10 stars and recommend them for all painting jobs."

"My experience with Brad Wulfhorst: hired Brad to do some inside painting work. It did not go well. His team is beyond careless. Hired them to paint the stairwell, hallway and install 7 doors..The project included removing nail pops, sand before painting and paint over the paint drips which wasn’t completed. The finish work is C work at best. Nail pops are still showing though the walls, sand after and the paint drips are still showing , I’ll upload pictures of it all. At one point, Brad had to send someone else back out last week to complete the job and it’s still not finished. Now I’m going to hire another contractor company to fix their mistakes. I would have been ok with the subpar work, if Brad just kept his word. First he lied about coming to fix the paint job then failed to show up to do the walk though of the completed work. He hasn’t returned a text message since. In my opinion a person who ghosts a customer after cashing their check isn’t someone worth hiring."
