"All 6 smoke alarms in our house went off during the middle of the night, despite no indications of either smoke or fire. I was in contact with Bill Hicks first thing in the morning and he was at our house within 2 hours. He checked them all out and recommended replacing them because of their age. He disconnected all of the old ones, found suitable replacements and got the job done in a quick and professional manner. BTW, we have very high ceilings, which made this job challenging. We recommend Bill highly and will definitely consider him for future projects."

"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. "Requested TV mounted on the wall. Decided I didn't want drywall cut into chose just the mounting. Price was similar to other quotes, but he had more reviews so I chose them. I originally showed him the mount at the estimate. Then he arrived for the scheduled install. He stated I should get a different mount because the one I had was big. I agrred assuming he knew best.He went and purchased a new mount and came back fir install. They attempted to mount the mount straight into the DRY WALL. I came out to look when they were done, and moved the mount to see it and the mount basically pulled from the wall. So they had to reinstall everything on the stud, like should have been done. Now I had holes in dry wall. Then they didn't look at the directions for the mount. Pieces were installed incorrectly, the tilt mechanism wasn't put together correctly, they had to come back, fill the holes, and reinstall the mount. They did it wrong again before I corrected them. They still never read the actual mount directions. Still have holes where they searched for studs and marks on the wall. I wish I went with someone else."

"If I could give less than one star I would. Hired Alvie to replace a porch and install some new exterior doors. He bid the job, took the 50% deposit and I chased him for weeks to start. Didn’t purchase supplies he quoted and I paid for. Rarely showed up when he said he would. Tons of excuses. Asked for gas money to come work on my job Then wanted more money before job was completed. The work done was not as agreed or quoted. Finally ended up firing him. Have to hire someone else to finish work"

"We had two technicians out over two days. One was for a repair, Daniel. He did a fantastic job troubleshooting and explaining throughout the repair process. As a retired VP of Services, I notice the details and process. They delivered. Louis was sent for a follow-up to service because our fan motor unit needed to be cleaned. All of this was very well documented with pictures and showing me the actual motor unit. Louis did a great job of explaining and showing me the actions and results. It was a service text book delivery of services. Really good... Plus, both technicians worked to save me money with discounts and customer loyalty savings. Fantastic... An honest group of technicians and a company that promotes that in the customers best interest."
