"Went well. Called for septic to be pumped on a Saturday afternoon. He was in the area on another job and came when he was done. Told us the overflow needed pumping also but would have to come back another day to do that since his truck was full. Got the septic pumped out and came back 10 days later to pump and aerate the overflow. Put the patch of grass back that he had to dig up to get to it. You'd never know he did anything there. Very pleased with his work. Bob was very professional, had told us the prices up front. Would definitely use him again. Price includes taxes and discounts from coupon."

"Very happy with prompt response and an excellent job. He had several different ways to clear a clog in an outdoor pipe coming from my gutters. Besides just the typical machines he had a high pressure device to break through the clog and a camera to confirm the clog was completely cleared. This last one was important as we thought the pipe might have been damaged by some landscaping I had done. Without the camera I would have had to dig up the pipe to find out. Went the extra mile to provide me with peace of mind that was not necessary but much appreciated."
