"The guys were on time, cheerful, thorough, and and got the job done. They were thoughtful about my cat, too. The 'sanitization' stuff they sprayed did smell for a few days, despite my airing out the house with the windows open, but it did eventually go away. And they must have gotten a lot of dust out because my children (who are usually very sneezy with the dust pumping through our house) have seemed much better since the ducts got cleaned. Very happy with the service. I used an Angie's List "deal" for the service--I was in a hurry to get it done (my kids had dropped some art supplies down a vent that were making clicking noised that were driving me nuts) so I didn't compare prices at all, I just looked for a company that seemed thorough and they they were. "They did it a long time ago, but when they did, they were very competent. They charged me about $3000. They seemed to be very competent. We were very pleased with the work. In fact, the only thing I didn't like about him was that we then tried to reach him again for some additional work and had trouble getting through to him, which was surprising since I had already paid him very well. My mother had had a similar problem and couldn't get through. He didn't seem to be so interested in doing the job for her. But in any case, as far as the service that he gave to me, I remember only that they were good, they came in on budget and that they seemed to do the job very competently. I think I received lower bids, but on the basis of quality, I picked these guys."
