"We spent 1000s of dollars and installed the sprinkler system by JJBM. We face long wait times (months) before we get anyone to come home and winterize or de-winterize the sprinkler system every year. This year (2025) we have been literally waiting months to get them come home and de-winterize / restart the sprinkler system for Spring 2025. They are not responsive enough in responding to the calls or text messages. It is very frustrating and not good customer service.... Frustrated Customer...."
