"Had some tornado damage to the siding of my house. John was very communicative and quick to respond. Arrived the next morning with a tarp to prevent further damage to the house and spotted damage that was not immediately apparent. Was very forthright in describing necessary repairs and pricing options. Helped us work with our insurance company to ensure adequate reimbursement. Once hired, began and completed work very quickly and ably. Very friendly and accessible personnel. Would hire again. Thanks!"

"The initial quote was done on the first visit. Several changes to the quote were done via email, prior to a final visit. The sales, project management, and installation personal were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and in performing the work required on time and on budget. This was a very large roof with 3 separate sections...two of which required resheating. It was a pleasure to work with the teams at Ferris Home Improvement. I plan to work with them on future windows, doors and siding projects as time allows."
