We needed landscape remediation as water was building up in the front side of our house (during heavy rain) and wanted a new flower bed as well. I contacted them and they got back to me right away. Pierce came out to take a look and after talking to him, I was confident he had the expertise to do the work. To no surprise, he and his crew did a fantastic job. I defaulted to his opinion about what plants would look great in the flower bed. My only request was a small Japanese maple. The communication was great from start to finish. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
“To determine how much sod you need, first calculate your yard’s total area by sketching your layout and multiplying each section’s length by its width. Standard sod pieces measure 2 feet by 1½ feet, and one pallet covers 450 square feet. Divide your total square footage by this pallet coverage figure and consult your sod provider for precise estimates to ensure you purchase the correct amount.”
