"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."

"We were extremely pleased with the entire process. Matt is professional, organized and a superior craftsman. His crew was the same. Remodeling is loud and messy - there's no way around that - but Matt and his crew were always respectful, pleasant, and cleaned up each day. Their work is exceptional. Matt plans well and always kept us informed of what to expect next and when. Planning for deliveries (like cabinetry) with COVID was tricky, but we were well informed of any challenges and we could plan our lives around it. Older houses always come with surprises, but Matt was always patient to explain things and then give us options so we could make informed decisions. We got exactly what we wanted - but were pleasantly surprised at how smooth things were handled and ecstatic at how beautiful the results are. His attention to the smallest details sent it above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Matt and his crew to anyone and would use him again most definitely."

"I needed a plumber to install a new dishwasher. The old one was already removed. On the plus side, they were easy to reach and quickly gave a quote. However, they quoted $565, way more expensive than quotes from other plumbers at $250, $300, $375, $400. So I didn't hire them but wanted to leave a review to indicate that they were really expensive for this quote."
