"Booking the appointment was fine the problem began after my new dishwasher was installed. The kickplate was mistakenly thrown away by the plumber. It wasn’t detected until another plumber from Garon T came to finish connecting the sink and insta-hot. He apologized and assured me that they would resolve the problem immediately. That never happened, I called repeat talking and leaving messages to Pamela. Who would apologize but never resolve the problem. Two weeks later, asked what is taking so long and to speak to someone further up the food chain. Spoke to a supervisor who explained this was the first she was hearing about it. Another week and a series of phone calls which ended in insincere apologies. At that point, I had enough contacted the manufacturer myself and received the kickplate in a few days. Then I received this text from Pam. “Hello,This is Pamela with Garon T Plumbing, Heating & AC. Hope y’all are doing great today. Just wanted to touch base to advise that I don’t yet have the arrival date for the kickplate. I apologize for the delay and will let you know as soon as I know. Thank you - have a great weekend!” I replied we already have the kick plate and after three weeks of terrible customer service the issue was resolved. It’s a shame they have such appalling, customer service. We had plan to use them for additional work, however, with customer service unable to resolve a simple problem I’m not sure if I trust them moving forward. Since posting this I have not received any response from Garon T not even an offer to finally install the kickplate."

Remodeling is loud and messy - there's no way around that - but Matt and his crew were always respectful, pleasant, and cleaned up each day. Their work is exceptional. Planning for deliveries (like cabinetry) with COVID was tricky, but we were well informed of any challenges and we could plan our lives around it. "Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"
