Our ducts were filthy, including blockages caused by mold and dust; they both worked diligently for hours to get them sparkling clean, including using a chemical to kill any remaining mold. One of the guys showed my husband an issue with our furnace (it was seated incorrectly when installed), and provided a temporary "fix".
