Gabriel suggested starting smaller with the rock order, basically an order more if needed approach. I appreciated this as it kept the costs controlled and didn’t leave me with mounds of unused material. On top of doing a wonderful job, he has made suggestions to expand our therapeutic riding program to include kids in foster care (promising to also volunteer). It’s apparent Gabe cares about quality, honesty, and building relationships, consistently asking if we were happy with the work. We will definitely be hiring Gabe and Dream Homz Landscaping again! Sod installations FAQs
Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
