They first had to remove several large concrete slabs before being able to prepare the surface to take the new pavers and remove a failed railroad tie wall in order to build the new block wall. They did an awesome job of tying two leaders together to drain the gutters under the new pavers and wall to the garden area beyond. Requests for information and estimates were handled immediately and all questions answered fully. Was our pleasure working with professionals and they receive a very high grade from "Inspector Young" (the husband here) who as a retired Construction Official/Building Inspector had many occasions to observe and inspect others work. Our site was left so much better than how it had been. Kudos to Ardian and his team. Would definitely recommend them highly."

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. Did not call to say they would be over an hour late, no apology, no advisement of how much longer it would be. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner made a derogatory comment. I had plans and needed to get on the road shortly after 9. They showed up at 9:20 and began doing work elsewhere first. I had to cancel the service, and it ruined my entire weekend plans. I would not trust these guys to tie my shoes."
