"Williams & Associates installed a Buderus oil-fired boiler and stainless-steel chimney liner. Bruce's design was a significant upgrade over my 35-year-old boiler system. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The price was very fair, considering the quality of the work and other estimates I had gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams & Associates."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Professional, courteous, responsive, and fair price. I highly recommend and will use them again. E and R Plumbing was 1 of 3 companies recommended to me by HomeAdvisor and I contacted them because they had the best reviews. Almost immediately, I received a call from Rich and while he was on the phone, he asked me to send over pictures of my 16 year old Water Heater Tank that needed to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price for both a Tank and Tankless water heater and I decided to go Tankless. Rich and two colleagues showed up the next morning, removed the old Water Heater Tank and built out a plywood mount to install a new tankless water heater directly behind where the old tank was, taking up less space. Rich and his colleagues completed the job exactly as described, and Rich called later that afternoon to make sure everything was running great!"

"I was thoroughly pleased with the installation of my new kitchen faucet. What I liked is that they went above and beyond. There were other things in the house that needed attention and Kyle changed did a "wellness" check around the house, the bathrooms and found that the faucet to the outside of the house needed updating. I wills say that their price was a little high but for my peace of mind, it was worth it. Within 5 days of my work being done, I recommended them to a co-worker who needed a hot water heater repaired and they are satisfied with that work too. Yes, I will call on InstaPlumbing again."

"Jason was first hired to come to repair a job that was not done properly by a prior plumber. We then needed him to re-vamp our bathroom tub/shower - new controls/tile work. Then another bathroom sink job. then a kitchen sink. We only trust Jason for our plumbing needs. He is licensed, and extremely knowledgeable."

"Great. They called to make appointment. Called to let me know they would be there in 15 minutes, Were on time, professional, efficient. Due to house and plumbing being 50+ years old, they did have to find a part at the supply store but came right back and finished the job. They advised us to get the lower shut off valve fixed in the future and sent us an estimate. Very pleased and would recommend them to my friends.$199"

"I rated them B for responsiveness because the first time I called I was told they would call back and they did not. As you would expect the price was too high. They ended up tightening a union of pipes and testing to see if it leaked. The first time it was tightened, it did leak and they went to replace the part. A second tech tightened it further, retested and it did not leak. Not sure why the first person didn't tighten further. So the question remains; is the problem solved. We will see when the heating season begins. The techs were young, personable and seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. They spent over two hours here, some of it waiting to get the heating up for testing. Had a $50.00 coupon or the cost would have been over $400."
