Grout missing in several places, tile done so that electrical outlet covers would not fit back on and water leaking through my basement ceiling resulting in having to hire a plumber to come do repairs after they left. I wanted to love this job and service, but unfortunately, I would not recommend or hire again."

On the window, he almost cut into a closet, and I had to MAKE him cut the right size window. He put the wrong trim on the window, after I told him twice what I wanted. Now I have a living room with 3 windows with 3 different trims. He was condescending and a bully. I told him to forget the counter, I just wanted him out of my house,"
