"Stay Dry Waterproofing did some crawlspace work for me. Some interior walls were separating from the ceiling, due to a soil expansion problem, so they installed foundation support beams which fixed the problem. They also cleaned/fumigated the crawlspace because they found some fungus/mold. Lastly they installed an interior perimeter drain system that they connected to the existing water pump basin. I am absolutely satisfied with all the work. The crew did a great job! I spoke to the crew lead a couple times during the project, and he took the time to explain, in detail, everything they were doing and how it was going. He was very informative. It made me confident they were on top of things. Mark Menton (Company President) did the initial inspection which led to work being done. He took photos to show his findings and went over everything in detail and provided me with different options to solve the issues. He was easy to work with and a true professional. After we agreed on the best approach to address the problems he provided an itemized cost list for the project. The cost was very reasonable and very competitive to other estimates I had done. I went with Stay Dry Waterproofing because of their high ratings on their reviews and Mark'professionalism. I am glad I did. I highly recommend them."

From the associate who provided the estimate to the two crews that came to perform the work, I was thoroughly impressed with this company. Not only did they provide a better quote than two other companies I had take a look, but they also provided great recommendations about what to fix and what was unnecessary padding. They were able to schedule the work within the same month and I stayed around during the construction to watch them work. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company!
