"I called several companies to get pricing on a 24x18 concrete patio, and Paul was the first one to call me back and the first one to come out to do a site visit. He was courteous and professional during the entire process, and never attempted to pressure me into upgrading or getting something I didn't need. When it came time to schedule the pour, Paul was able to fit us in very quickly, and even when there was a delay due to his concrete supplier being backlogged because of a rain delay, it only resulted in a one-day delay, and Paul was upfront and in touch the entire time. On the day of the pour, Juan Carlos and his team were scheduled to show up at 7:00am, but showed up about 20 minutes early, which is better than 20 minutes late! He and his team quickly got to work prepping the area, and by 12:00 they had completely finished the project, cleaned up the area, and had left house/yard/driveway in the same shape as before the arrived. The only difference was the beautiful new patio! Probably the best part for me was the personal visit from Paul afterwards to inspect the work. Based on my experience, I would whole-heartedly recommend Paul and his team from Maryland Curbscape to anyone looking to get concrete work done. I waited a while to write this review, because I wanted my father-in-law to take a look at the patio. "Corey was terrific. He came to give the quote for new front porch poured concrete stairs, walkway, and a retaining wall with brick on the front face of the wall. The price was a little higher than other bids, but he presented the most professional ideas, demonstrated experience, and we were very confident with PVI. His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off.
