"Bill is so awesome! I had a leaking sewer pipe in the basement that leaked from the unfinished part to the finished part of the basement. The leak was so bad, it almost filled a 32 gallon trash can I had put underneath the leak! Bill stopped by and told me what the problems could be and suggested we go the cheaper route first, which was have someone go out to the sewer clean out to unclog it. He knew someone who would do it for a few hundred bucks and told me before he left that he?d contact him tomorrow and have him come out. Not too long after, he called me and told me he contacted my township and said they had a free emergency service for backed sewer lines and he gave them my address to unclog the line. The township came and unclogged the line. I had my daughter flush the toilet and run the water to make sure there was no leak and?leak was gone! Bill, I want to thank you so much! You literally saved me hundreds of dollars! I would recommend his business to anyone looking for a contractor who not only does a good job, but also cares about people. Bill isn?t a contractor who just wants to make money off of people. He actually cares enough to help people resolve their issues and save money, even if he doesn?t make money from doing it. Really appreciated his help. Great guy, knows his business and was extra careful as if it was his own house to make sure nothing got damaged while transporting the old and new tanks. "Carlos Dominguez shows no respect to his customer. It is unprofessional - and totally unacceptable - to not answer my emails, telephone calls, text messages. He walked away from my kitchen remodeling project after my email, where I expressed unhappiness with the quality of work, expecting more from someone who has 95% five-star rating. In three and a half days of work there were multiple mistakes in plumbing: including selecting the wrong PVC fittings, not installing the roof vent flashing properly, and drilling oversized holes in the studs violating the building code. Similarly - ignoring the manufacturer's installation manual - he shows up with the wrong duct size for the kitchen exhaust. It must be embarrassing to face criticism from a homeowner, who seems to know more, or care more about things getting done right. His answer: sending a check back without any word, claiming full credit for unfinished, uninspected work. No discussion. Is client satisfaction is the number one goal?"

She experienced major plumbing issues over the last few months and was having a difficult time finding a trust-worthy plumber.
