"Joe Graham whose company it is worked far and above to make it possible for us to get this work done. On one of the hottest days so far this summer his men steadily worked to finish the job. They worked neat and left no mess at all.The job was excellent. Even better than I hoped. Hard to find people like this anymore."

"That was a project to convert a single car garage into a recreational room. I love my new room with a ping-pong table, new windows for a daylight in the day time and all ceiling lights when its dark. My new vinyl plank is warm even for bare feet. Thanks to mini split unit on the wall, the room can be heated in a winter or cooled in a summer. Some details of project were changed during the construction and I appreciate how flexible Brent was to adopt the changes and new elements to include into his work. He came up and told first when had met any obstacles and usually came up with suggestion how to avoid, build it differently or even to redo some steps when he thought it could be better for the result. Great job, Atlantic Construction."

"We worked with Elite Construction to transform our old garage into a one bedroom home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! Every detail was handled meticulously, from the design phase to material selection, construction, and final delivery. The team's friendly communication and creative solutions that exceeded our expectations truly impressed us. Now, we proudly enjoy this space that has been transformed into a stunning living area. Thank you for this amazing transformation! Definitely a team we would love to work with again.""

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Milton Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.5 out of 5 based on 82 reviews of 82 pros.
