They came out and gave an appropriate estimate and were able to start right away. Same day install completed and even though there was a small problem they came back to the house right away to get everything squared away. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."
