SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. As I signed the contract for the work, Ian let me know that they might have someone available to do the work that same day and we might be able to get it done by 7:00 p.m. that same day.
