They also say there was a labor warranty extension that was never offered to me. Aside from all of that, they are rude and condescending. I even went into the office to discuss and the GM would not speak to me because he was walking out the door at 4:33pm. I have no A/C and they do not care. Beware!!! Things have changed there."
