"We hired Andres Hernandez and his team to do a big job at our new townhome. He removed the popcorn ceilings in 2900 square feet of space. We were absolutely DELIGHTED with the results. His team came in and covered everything with plastic from top to bottom. Removing popcorn ceilings is a difficult and messy job but they were very organized and the project was completed to spectacular results. Andres is very detail oriented. He went over every inch to make sure all the ceilings were perfectly smooth. He also did some high painting work (20 feet) for us which was done extremely well.. My husband is very fussy and he was thrilled with the results. Can't really say enough good things . We can recommend him highly. You would be fortunate to have him do your job. "Vlad and his team did an incredible job on our kitchen remodel in our 1928 Dutch Colonial in South MPLS. He came up with a great design that really opened up the space. Vlad is very meticulous and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend LVS Revival for any remodeling project."

"Tyler worked with our existing interior door frames and installed new 3 panel doors. Our home is old and things have settled but he was able to get all the new doors to open and close with little or no pressure applied. The doors also stay open when opened and stay closed when closed, he is skilled and it shows in the work he does. Tyler was great to work with he came did measurements listened to what we wanted, gave us some suggestions and then got everything ordered. He was able to work with our schedule and even came back and put in some door stops and coat hooks on the new doors. We appreciated his professional clean up that he often did during and after the install. I would 100% hire him again."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
