"We hired Andres Hernandez and his team to do a big job at our new townhome. He removed the popcorn ceilings in 2900 square feet of space. We were absolutely DELIGHTED with the results. His team came in and covered everything with plastic from top to bottom. Removing popcorn ceilings is a difficult and messy job but they were very organized and the project was completed to spectacular results. Andres is very detail oriented. He went over every inch to make sure all the ceilings were perfectly smooth. He also did some high painting work (20 feet) for us which was done extremely well.. My husband is very fussy and he was thrilled with the results. Can't really say enough good things . We can recommend him highly. You would be fortunate to have him do your job. "Tyler worked with our existing interior door frames and installed new 3 panel doors. Our home is old and things have settled but he was able to get all the new doors to open and close with little or no pressure applied. The doors also stay open when opened and stay closed when closed, he is skilled and it shows in the work he does. Tyler was great to work with he came did measurements listened to what we wanted, gave us some suggestions and then got everything ordered. He was able to work with our schedule and even came back and put in some door stops and coat hooks on the new doors. We appreciated his professional clean up that he often did during and after the install. I would 100% hire him again."

"I selected Schonhardt and Sons to remodel our kitchen and dining room, add a 4 season porch and a deck. I met them at the Maple Grove Home Show, impressed with their work that was on display, web site, and references I hired them for our project. Nick's area of expertise was kitchen cabinet design and creation. Nick met with my wife Cindy and myself twice, gathering ideas that we had and incorporating them with his. In addition, we also had several emails, phone conversations, and texts during the process. He was open to ideas that Cindy and I had found looking at several books from companies that were featured at the big box stores. We made notes and asked Nick if he could...? Every time he shared yes he could, and talked how it could become part of our plans. One of the greatest examples is the trash and recycle center, we had a small space and he came up with the design and even added a space for grocery bags! The hardest part was after seeing the plans and being anxious for it to happen instantly, we had to wait for Nick to create his master piece. I came home from work on installation day and was totally amazed!!! The quality, beautiful stain and finish, the attention to detail, all of the options that we had asked for from bread boards to silverware drawer, was outstanding! Cindy came home and said oh my - I love it!!! The whole creation came together as the hard wood floors, appliances, were installed.
