"8/9/2024: Prior to my appointment (Th, 8/8) for a quote. the assigned sales rep wife unexpectedly went into labor. Jeff Grund, Commercial Director with Leaf Filter, filled in at the last minute even though he had a business-related flight he needed to catch within hours of my appointment. That's commitment and teamwork!! After a long tenure with Leafe Filter, Jeff is retiring within the next few weeks. Jeff's quote was very reasonable, if not generous, based on other quotes I'd received earlier this week. I expected a crew to come Monday 8/12, but they came Friday 8/9 Since I work from home and am home alot, it worked out great! I had made a request to match the downspout replacement to my other 3 (brick red). Jeff said they had very expansive color selection and knew he could get the color that would work.
