Bellissimo Paint and Coatings, LLC currently has three crews runnings. We work on residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Typically residential payments are due on completion. Commercial jobs have a net 30 or net 60 day invoicing period.

Reliable Home Services, LLC is a one person company providing residential Home Inspections as well as Handyman Services, Home Repairs and light remodeling. The owner is an American Society of Home Inspectors member and has been performing home inspections since 2013 and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and an ASHI Inspector. The owner is also a licensed remodeling contractor (BC664194) and has been providing Handyman Services, Home Repairs and Light Remodeling since 2000 in conjunction with Home Inspections.

We are a Minnesota Based company that delivers a product to our customers not just thru completion but past. We are there for our customers. We offer references immediately and encourage our clients to contact this list so they can get to know us. We work with local sub-contractors or those asked to be on the job by our customers. We currently have 6 employees We are licensed in the State of Minnesota, and am insured and bonded. We also qualify in many states for temporary licensing thru there local or regional government offices. We do charge for travel time to bid jobs, however we will credit that charge back if awarded the contract.
