I feel so much more secure about the exterior envelope of our house now and for the future - not to mention the curb appeal that was added after the project was complete! Great Plains was also one of the few siding contractors that did not "require" my wife to be present at our in-home meeting. His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. As a former contractor in a similar business, I can tell you many contractors would "forget" about this two-dollar type of issue. In summary, professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service distinguish Chase and his Great Plains Exteriors crew."
