If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

"Our house is 63 years old and had the original aluminum windows from 1956. After several bids we decided to go with Marty and Guardian Windows. The quality of the window compared to other companies seemed to be better. The installation crew (Fernando, Matt, Jim and Darrell) showed up on a Thursday, two and a half days later they had replaced our 25 windows. These guys were very professional and hard working individuals. Every rough opening provided a challenge for trimming out based on the age of the home plus the difference in the window width of the old windows versus the new. It was amazing the job they did and how "new" it makes our home look. We've had many compliments so far. I noticed one small blemish in a pane plus they actually found a "small" scatch in another but Fernando immediately contacted the window manufacturer and replacements will arrive with a few weeks. As for the people who want to arrange your install. I recieved a voice mail while grocery shopping from the installation scheduler. Listening to the VM and finding out who it was, I called back and was greeted by a man whom I found to be very short, rude, talking over me, talking AT me, and insisted I called "Them" in the morning to find out what time they were to be there to install instead of them calling me ( the customer ), letting me know a window as to what time they would arrive. I then told him ... well that's not customer service then now is it. He then said that they don't call. That's not something they do. (What?)
So, needless to say, it doesn't do any good to call and speak to a manager or owner Jim supposedly, or report to the office. They could care less if a customer had been treated unprofessionally by an employee, ( "gosh, I didn't hear anyone of my employees raise their voice....") , like surely, surely lady you must be mistaken....gosh my guys couldn't possibly be the royal "jerk" you are describing because I didn't hear anyone raise their voice....OMGosh... really? So in your eyes Mr. LLC someone must be raising their voice to be a jerk? Must be nice to have so much business that you just don't care how the hades your employees behave.
