"Someone came to my house on 6/5/24 and gave me a bid to top a large tree and remove a small tree: $1800. I asked for the bid in writing and was told he'd have the lady in the office type it up and email it to me. I never received it. I called the office and again requested the bid in writing. Cheyenne said she'd get it right over to me. I asked about methods of payment since my husband was working out of town. She said they couldn't take a debit card over the phone and said they wouldn't take a cashiers check because "it could get lost in the mail." She then told me to CashApp the $1800. I told her I wouldn't do that prior to the job being completed. I'm not just going to CashApp someone that amount of money with no work done. I still never got the bid in writing. After a week of no bid in writing, I emailed them and told them to cancel the appointment and that I was going with another company. I got zero response. Today (7/10/24) two guys show up at my house and tell me they're here to cut my trees down. Absolutely not. I sent them on their way."

Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes. We also do fireplace inspections. Prices vary on chimney cleaning depending on what type of house, levels, etc.
