"The worst business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I have waited a long time to write a review to ensure I had all of the facts and would be less emotional in my statement. Originally they came out, quoted us a price for our basement and our garage. We signed the contract electronically with the representative. The first mistake they made was never sending us a copy of the contract, or emailing it to us. Next they came out and did our basement, which was an awful experience as well. They were rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They left our back door open for the entire duration they were here (4-6ish hours) even though we repeatedly told them we had cats, they did not care (even though it was in winter/late fall and was cold as well). They did not finish the work, stating that the representative was wrong and they could not do it. Then they left a huge mess in our basement that they never cleaned up. Lastly they told us that the garage work was ?impossible? and they"

He and his wife raised two kids in Carthage, Missouri, and Nathan has continued to work in the industry. "We lost our sump pump, it was not functioning. Spring River Drain and Sewer actually answered their phone when I called. They showed up within a short time. They replaced the pump and reworked the piping to work more efficient. The field crew were very respectful, worked quickly and expressed great concern that the work should be done right and at a reasonable price. It is rare to find a service company that does not gouge you and wants to do a good job for the customer. If I ever need any plumbing work done in the future, I will call Spring River Drain and Sewer."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
