As he looked around the basement and attic, he explained to us what he was finding and how the mold should be treated… David even suggested that we do some demo work in the basement to cut down on the cost of the mold remediation. The mold remediation treatment that David suggested was non-toxic which we were more comfortable with. The pre air test results showed my mother also had mold in her living area, which then led us to find black mold in her bedroom. Prior to the mold remediation for the bedroom being scheduled David sprayed the bedroom with a temporary treatment to possibly give my mother some relief with her asthma (there was no extra fee). David’s total fee for the basement and living area was less than 2 other estimates I had received just for the basement. David and his crew were very efficient, thorough and courteous. The insurance adjuster had to go back to my mother’s after the mold remediation and said he was impressed with how nicely the work was done. My many calls and emails were always returned immediately or within a short period of time, which was greatly appreciated. Most importantly ALL my questions were answered."
