"Everdry did a total basement system for us. Brandon and his crew were amazing at walking through each step in the project, keeping us updated on timelines, and great overall communication. Amazing crew they had. Only reason total experience was 4 stars was the high pressure sales "free inspection". After a thorough walkthrough (which was appreciated), we sat down to a timeshare-esque presentation of their system. Everydry seems to have one big project type, which as someone who hasn't had any previous basement work was needed for our case. After he presented his solution and suggested the total system, he gave us a number that was not itemized or broken down, but just a total projected cost. When we said we'll think about it, the cost came down by 10% if we signed up that day before he left. We again said we'll think about it (even if we had to pay the original estimate). He finally came back with a "final" offer of almost 25% off if we could start on 3 days since a crew was on standby and needed a job. We eventually ended up signing then. Would have been an easy 5* review had he just done the walkthrough and allowed us to get some other opinions or quotes before moving forward with them. That said, the work appears to be fantastic, appreciated the total system, and again the crew, lead by Brandon, was amazing. Left our basement clean and walked us through each new addition to our basement system. Thanks for all your help."

"We had bids from two firms; FSM offered more features at a lower cost. The work was still expensive, but we are very happy with the results. Due to the wet nature and all-at-once thaw of the spring, and the resulting level of the water table, we had a serious water problem in the crawl space (of which a small portion is concrete to accommodate mechanical systems). FSM installed drains and replaced our single sump pump -- which had no backup in case of power failure -- with their "triple-safe" pump system which includes battery backup. In addition, FSM encapsulated the entire crawl space with super-thick material. Their technicians worked very hard, all day (it was planned as a one-day job, and they finished it, but it required a LOT of effort) with few breaks, and the results have been well worth the expenditure. (We had a geothermal heating/cooling system installed a couple of weeks later, and that contractor was delighted by the condition of the crawl space -- especially since he had seen it prior to FSM's work.) The only downside is scheduling -- due to the extensive water table problem in this area, FSM's installation and maintenance are both now badly backed up, but that's hardly FSM's fault. Installation customer service (via phone) was both friendly and helpful. We highly recommend FSM."

Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "Thought we had gone with a great company for basement foundation work. Tom W the sells guy was honest and amazing. They came out in October 2022 and completed the project in 5 days we had no issues. They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"
