"Sergo (the owner), Leo, and his team at Picasso Construction did not let me down on the second, very large renovation. This was a whole-townhome renovation in a 40-year old building, and required a lot of major work (bathrooms, floors, reconfiguring the kitchen, lighting, etc). All of this was complicated by the pandemic, by me (the owner) living 30 min away, construction materials not being readily available, etc etc. Nonetheless, Sergo and his team came through, and did a great job under these difficult circumstances and Iâ m very pleased. They were always on time, came when they promised to come (unusual in this business) and completed my project on time and pretty much on budget. I felt that I could trust them to get the work done. Sergo will not to let you down even once the work is done and if something is wrong, as can often happen, he will show up and resolve any issues. This is critical in a large renovation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would not hesitate to hire him again if the need arises."
