When they came to assess the damage to my home, their primary focus seemed to be on scrutinizing my homeowner's insurance policy rather than the actual damage. It became clear that their quote was based on what they thought my insurance would cover, not on the actual scope of work needed. Not only was their approach opportunistic, but they also overcharged outrageously for the work.
